Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Payroll and Invoicing Officer located in Ahmedabad. The Payroll and Invoicing Officer will be responsible for managing payroll processes, generating and processing invoices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. Daily tasks include coordinating with HR for employee data, processing payroll on a timely basis, resolving payroll discrepancies, and preparing necessary reports.

Qualifications

• Experience with Payroll Management and Invoicing tasks
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations concerning payroll and invoicing
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
