Job Description

Role Overview: As part of the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) strategy, you will play a crucial role in monitoring performance for users, responding to alerts of degradation, investigating the cause of issues, and communicating findings to various stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include responding to performance inquiries from technical account managers and product support teams, interfacing with financial partners worldwide, providing fast and accurate responses to support inquiries, validating financial data accuracy, introducing data and process efficiencies, and automating inefficient operational processes to reduce manual workloads. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor performance for users and respond to alerts of degradation - Investigate the cause of issues and communicate findings to stakeholders - Respond to performance inquiries from technical account managers and product support teams - Interface with financial partners globally to communicate operational breakages and drive resolutions - Provide fast, accurate responses to complex support inquiries - Validate the accuracy of financial data with internal and external teams - Introduce data and process efficiencies to meet the scale and speed requirements - Identify and automate inefficient operational processes to reduce manual workloads Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical role with SQL proficiency - Strong analytical skills to investigate and identify root causes of issues - Experience in handling complex workflows and coordinating with technical and non-technical teams - Comfort in dealing with large datasets and validating data - Proficiency in documenting SOPs, best practices, and process documentation - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment and deliver results against deadlines - Experience in identifying, triaging, and resolving technical issues - Proven track record in process improvement and problem resolution - Investigative mindset with operations experience - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Additional Details (if present): The preferred qualifications include experience in a high-growth technology company and understanding of financial and accounting concepts. Additionally, the in-office expectations vary based on location, team, and role, with some locations requiring up to 100% in-office work to support users and workflows effectively. ,
