Payments Analyst

Key Responsibilities: - Manage ongoing vendor relationships, assessing performance and costs, and handling renewals - Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments across multiple locations globally - Identify, track, report, and resolve issues in a timely manner while looking for broader trends - Proactively identify and drive opportunities for improvements either individually or with stakeholders - Prepare data for wider business, present findings to stakeholder groups, and prioritize requirements for funding projects - Support the rollout of new initiatives, create and maintain process documents, provide training, and assist with user acceptance testing - Maintain user access to 3rd party portals with regular audits to ensure access is on a need-to-know basis Qualifications: - Education: BA/BS Degree - Experience in vendor management, including onboarding new vendors and managing ongoing relationships - Background in supporting other teams with queries, preferably as the first line of support in an incident escalation flow - Experience managing demands of multiple business stakeholders, preferably in a regulated industry - Strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including data preparation and visualization - Proactive team player with attention to detail and effective communication skills - Prior project management experience is a plus - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel - Enjoy working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment - Excellent interpersonal skills, customer-oriented problem-solving approach, and strong verbal and written communication skills - Self-starter with the ability to work independently Additional Company Details: - Working Environment: Hybrid - Travel Requirements: If applicable,
