Job Description

As a member of the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) team, you will play a crucial role in monitoring and responding to performance issues for users, conducting investigations to identify root causes, and communicating findings to various stakeholders including the account team, banking partners, and card networks. Your responsibilities will also include responding to performance inquiries from internal teams, interfacing with financial partners worldwide to resolve operational breakages, and providing fast and accurate support to partners facing complex inquiries. You will collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure the accuracy of financial data, introduce data and process efficiencies to accommodate Stripes" scale, and automate operational processes to reduce manual workloads. To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical role, with proficiency in writing SQL for querying relational databases. Strong analytical skills, the ability to handle complex workflows, and experience in dealing with large datasets are essential. You should also be comfortable operating independently, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, and excel in a fast-paced environment with the ability to meet time-sensitive deadlines. Preferred qualifications include experience in a high-growth technology company and an understanding of financial and accounting concepts. Additionally, the role may require spending at least 50% of your time in the office or with users, with variations depending on the role, team, and location.
