Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:

Payment Processing

  • Ensure accurate and timely execution of inward/outward payment orders.
  • Maintain controls for various payment modes (e.g., SWIFT, FOREX, remittances).
  • Adhere to SLAs and turnaround times (TAT) for all payment transactions.

Compliance Controls

  • Follow internal control procedures and risk-free operational processes.
  • Support audit and compliance functions by ensuring process accuracy and documentation integrity.
  • Contribute to initiatives that enhance process efficiency and reduce risk.

Operational Branch Query Resolution

  • Respond promptly to operational queries from branches and other internal departments.
  • Resolve transaction-related concerns with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Team Support Collaboration

  • Assist the Team Leader in daily operational activities.
  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and process improvement initiatives.
