About the Role

We are seeking a Payment & Process Specialist to join our growing Operations team. This role involves managing the entire post-payment workflow, including payment verification, client communication, invoicing, and process tracking. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of handling client interactions with professionalism and clarity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acknowledge and confirm client payments across platforms (Razorpay, Cashfree, Bank Transfers)
  • Update internal CRM systems with accurate payment status
  • Send timely payment confirmation emails to clients
  • Prepare and share GST-compliant invoices with clients
  • Follow internal SOPs for invoicing, reconciliations, and documentation
  • Maintain clear communication with clients post-payment to ensure satisfaction
  • Handle client escalations professionally and resolve payment/invoice issues
  • Suggest improvements in the process and assist in SOP documentation

Educational Qualification:

  • Inter CA / B.Com / M.Com with a solid foundation in accounting, invoicing, GST, TDS & reconciliation
  • MBA (Finance / Operations / Process Management) with strong process management and communication skills
  • Any Graduate with 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, finance operations, or back-office support

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent drafting and email communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong understanding of invoicing, tax compliance, and reconciliations
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and online payment gateways
  • Ability to follow and improve defined processes and SOPs
  • Strong client service mindset and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
