Job Summary

We are looking for a Payment Collection Team Leader with strong experience in banking and collection operations. The role requires handling a field team, ensuring effective collection of user charges, maintaining recovery efficiency, and managing customer relations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of collection executives for Payment Collection recovery.Plan and monitor daily collection activities to achieve monthly targets.Utilize banking and financial collection experience to reduce default rates.Conduct field visits for escalated cases and provide resolution support.Maintain accurate MIS reports of collection performance and outstanding dues.Ensure compliance with company policies, municipal/ULB norms, and regulatory guidelines.Train and motivate the team for better collection efficiency.Resolve customer grievances and ensure smooth collection processes.Coordinate with higher management for strategy planning and execution.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Graduate in any discipline .2-3 years of experience in banking/financial collection or recovery.Prior team-leading experience in collections is a must.Strong negotiation, communication, and people management skills.Good knowledge of recovery tools, field collection techniques, and reporting.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Skills: communication,collection,bank,paymentcollection,operations,collectionrecovery
