Payable Analyst

You should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Knowledge in Alteryx workflows would be a plus. Experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary, along with excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and accuracy is a key requirement, and you should be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices related to Non Purchase Order based Services, Freight Services for Europe, North America, and India. You will be responsible for maintaining vendor files, responding to vendor inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving invoice discrepancies, and assisting with month-end closing. Additionally, you will prepare analysis of accounts as required, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintain accurate historical records, and assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and information. The qualifications for this role include a B.Com/M.Com degree, experience in a large, multi-national corporation, and knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
