Patient Services Associate

Designation- Customer Service Support (Fresher/ Lateral)

Reports To: Team Coach / Team Leader

Job Location- Andheri East Mumbai

Work Mode- Work from Office

Shift - Night

Responsibilities

· Answer inbound calls, related to appointments and other medical services professionally and efficiently.

· Answer Inbound Calls related to medication refills, Orders, lab and test results and taking in messages for the doctor’s office.

· Making outbound calls related to appointment confirmation/cancelling and rescheduling with providing information about (Appointment date and time, location and physician to be seen).

· Provide accurate information about healthcare services, clinic hours, policies, and procedures.

· Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Enterprise Practice Management (EPM) in the Practice Management System.

· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.

· Document all interactions in (EHR) or healthcare-specific platforms.

· Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism.

· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using (EHR) in Practice Management System.

· Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and resolution rates.

· Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer experience.

· Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.

Requirements

· Excellent communication.

· Basic knowledge of Word and Excel.

· Tech Savy and knowledge of CRM tools.

· Freshers / Prior experience in a healthcare call centre or customer service role.

· HSC/ Graduate in any stream.

· Immediate Joiner.
