Patient Relation Executive

As a Patient Relations Executive, your role will involve serving as a bridge between the hospital and patients to ensure a smooth and positive healthcare experience. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Serving as the first point of contact for patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback. - Providing clear and accurate information about hospital services, procedures, and policies. - Maintaining a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with patients and their families. - Assisting patients in filling out forms and navigating hospital processes. You will also be responsible for: - Addressing patient grievances promptly and effectively, escalating issues when necessary. - Documenting complaints, analyzing trends, and suggesting improvements to enhance patient satisfaction. - Conducting patient satisfaction surveys and reporting findings to management. In addition, you will be required to: - Coordinate with various hospital departments (billing, admissions, nursing, etc.) to resolve patient issues. - Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-ups as required. - Ensure patients receive the necessary support, including translation services if needed. Your duties will also involve: - Maintaining accurate records of patient interactions and concerns. - Preparing reports on patient satisfaction metrics and recommending improvements. - Ensuring compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality guidelines. Moreover, you will be expected to: - Promote a patient-centered culture by ensuring high standards of hospitality and care. - Assist international or out-of-town patients with accommodation and travel arrangements if required. - Facilitate a smooth discharge process by coordinating with relevant departments.
