Job Description: As an Executive- Patient Care Specialist, your role will be crucial in achieving the company's goal of improving healthcare accessibility and promoting wellness. Your main responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base by identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your excellent communication skills, ability to build rapport, and results-oriented mindset will be essential in meeting and exceeding targets. Key Responsibilities: - Advise patients about the Health service through structured discussions. - Understand the patient's profile & problems to explain the benefits of our services. - Guide the patient to the right hospital/doctor, manage their consultation, and support them throughout their journey. - Have a direct impact on revenue generation.
