Job Description

Patient Communication:

Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally, addressing patient inquiries regarding appointments, treatments, and clinic services.
Make outbound calls to confirm appointments, follow up on treatments, or provide additional information as needed.
Provide compassionate and clear communication to address patient concerns or questions.

Appointment Management:

Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments using the clinic s management system.
Ensure appointments are booked accurately and efficiently to optimize clinic schedules.
Send reminders and follow-up messages regarding upcoming or missed appointments.

Patient Experience:

Deliver a positive patient experience by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
Handle challenging situations or escalations with empathy and a solutions-oriented approach.

Collaboration with the Clinic Team:

Communicate important patient information to the clinic s on-site staff.
Coordinate with orthodontists and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient care.
