Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Pathologist to provide accurate oncopathology diagnoses, support multidisciplinary cancer care, and maintain high-quality laboratory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform and report histopathology, cytopathology, hematopathology, FNAC, biopsies, and bone marrow examinations with focus on oncopathology.
  • Participate in tumor boards and multidisciplinary case discussions.
  • Supervise pathology lab operations and ensure compliance with NABL/NABH standards.
  • Maintain quality control, documentation, and timely reporting.
  • Contribute to research, audits, CMEs, and academic activities.
  • Coordinate with clinicians and maintain ethical and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MD/DNB Pathology with NMC/State Medical Council registration.
  • 2–5 years post-qualification experience (oncopathology preferred); fresh MDs with oncology exposure may be considered.

Skills:

  • Strong diagnostic skills in oncopathology.
  • Knowledge of IHC and molecular pathology (preferred).
  • Good communication, teamwork, and ability to handle workload.
