Patent Research Associate

Required qualification: B.E. / BTech / M.E. / MTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology.

Required skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in technical writing.
• Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide technical and innovative opinions.
• Ability to collaborate and lead small teams.
• Strong technical background in engineering.
• Demonstrated technical writing and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and excellent time management.
• Passion for technology & research.
• Experience in IP or patents would be a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Technical analysis of patent documents.
• Working in close collaboration with internal and external experts to help them in quantitative and qualitative analysis of patent portfolios from a technical and business perspective.
• Meeting individual and project level targets ensuring timely delivery of internal & external reports.
• Executing various processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Lead teams conducting research & analysis, including but not limited to infringement analysis, and claim charting, market research, prior art searches, target scouting, and invalidity analysis.
• Handle calls with internal and external experts, explain complex technical matters to non-technical audiences.
• Publish blogs and research reports for the Company website.
• Conduct comprehensive technical and patent information searches using an online database and other information resources.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Patent Infringement: 1 year (Preferred)
