Patent Research Associate

As a Technical Analyst specializing in patent documents, your role will involve: - Conducting technical analysis of patent documents to provide innovative opinions and insights. - Collaborating closely with internal and external experts to analyze patent portfolios from both technical and business perspectives. - Meeting individual and project targets to ensure timely delivery of reports. - Executing various processes and standard operating procedures. - Leading teams in conducting research and analysis, such as infringement analysis, claim charting, market research, prior art searches, target scouting, and invalidity analysis. - Communicating complex technical matters to non-technical audiences during calls with internal and external experts. - Publishing blogs and research reports on the company website. - Conducting thorough technical and patent information searches using online databases and other resources. Qualifications required for this role: - B.E. / BTech / M.E. / MTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology. Required skills include: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in technical writing. - Strong analytical skills for handling complex technical issues. - Ability to lead and collaborate effectively in small teams. - Strong technical background in engineering. - Demonstrated technical writing and analytical skills. - Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills. - Passion for technology and research. - Experience in IP or patents would be a plus. Please Note: - The job type is full-time. - Preferred location for work is Jaipur, Rajasthan. - Ability to commute or relocate to Jaipur, Rajasthan before starting work is preferred. - Experience in Patent Infringement for at least 1 year is preferred. - Work location is in person.,
