Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Patching Specialist with hands-on experience in managing patching activities across servers and endpoints . The role requires experience using ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus (or similar tools) and demands strong coordination, communication, and reporting skills in a global support environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform patching on Windows/Linux servers and endpoints using ManageEngine or similar patching tools. Plan and execute patching activities across scheduled maintenance windows in coordination with client teams. Monitor patch compliance and generate reports to ensure 100% patching coverage. Coordinate with application and infrastructure teams to minimize downtime and avoid business disruption. Troubleshoot patching failures and escalate issues where necessary. Maintain patch baselines, schedules, and automation policies. Collaborate with InfoSec and compliance teams for timely vulnerability remediation. Maintain documentation and logs of patching activities and procedures. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in patch management for servers and endpoints. Proficiency in ManageEngine Patch Manager Plus , or equivalent (e.g., SCCM, WSUS, BigFix). Strong working knowledge of Windows Server , Linux , and endpoint operating systems. Familiarity with vulnerability management processes and compliance standards. Excellent email communication and documentation skills. Comfortable with working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment supporting US-based clients . Ability to troubleshoot patching issues across multiple environments. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: ITIL Certification (preferred but not mandatory) Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Jira
