We are hiring a Pastry CDP to work under our Head Baker and supervise 2 commis. The role focuses on consistent production, quality control, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce pastries including cheesecake, hazelnut pastries, cookies, danishes, small cakes, and other assigned items
• Ensure daily production is completed on schedule
• Train and guide junior commis in preparation, baking, and organization
• Follow all recipes accurately and maintain product standards
• Maintain cleanliness, labeling, and proper storage
• Monitor baking equipment and report any issues
• Support the Head Baker with prep lists, planning, and inventory as needed

Requirements

• Previous pastry experience in a professional kitchen or bakery
• Strong understanding of basic pastry techniques and baking processes
• Ability to supervise and coordinate a small team
• Good communication and time-management skills
• Reliability and consistency in daily work

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
