Job Description

Responsibilities

Sales planning and strategy:

Develop sales expansion strategies based on market analysis and dealer networks.
Collaborate with the sales team to implement plans.
Create and implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.

Performance monitoring and reporting:

Lead performance review meetings to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

Inventory and procurement:

Coordinate with suppliers to order and replenish parts as needed.
Ensure the timely delivery of parts.

Team and customer management:

Conduct training and performance evaluations.
Resolve customer complaints and escalated issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Collaboration and operations:

Maintain a strong relationship with vendors and suppliers.
Use sales tools and software (e.g., C4C, SAP) to enhance process efficiency.
Prepare and manage annual parts sales plan with dealer-wise targets.
Monitor performance and create daily/monthly reports for managements.
Develop sales expansion strategies using market analysis and Dealer Networks.
