Parts Manager

A Two-Wheeler Parts Incharge manages the inventory of spare parts, ensuring sufficient stock for maintenance and sales, and oversees the receiving, storing, and issuing of parts to technicians and customers. Key responsibilities include maintaining inventory records, conducting stock checks, assisting customers in selecting parts, ensuring the cleanliness of the parts department, and coordinating with suppliers for procurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing spare parts.
• Monitor stock levels to ensure adequate supply and prevent shortages.
• Conduct regular stock checks and inventory audits.
• Organize and maintain the parts storage area, including proper labeling and shelving.
• Procurement & Receiving:
• Receive, inspect, and properly stock new parts and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers and parts managers to order necessary parts.
• Customer & Technician Support:
• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct vehicle parts and accessories.
• Provide expert advice and recommendations on parts.
• Issue parts to service technicians for repair and maintenance jobs.
• Departmental Management:
• Ensure the parts department is kept clean, organized, and tidy.
• Supervise and motivate a team of parts department employees.
• Develop and implement policies for ordering parts.

Required Skills

• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of two-wheeler parts and components.
• Inventory Control: Expertise in managing inventory levels and tracking stock.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to maintain an organized and efficient parts department.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for assisting customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
