A fast-growing, tech-enabled outsourcing platform combining AI with human expertise to transform customer experience for leading consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and scale strategic partnerships with SIs, BPOs, and consulting firms.
  • Drive AI adoption in CX across BFSI, e-commerce, telecom, and edtech sectors.
  • Lead co-selling, co-marketing, and joint GTM initiatives with partners.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams for aligned growth.
  • Track and optimize partnership performance to ensure mutual success.

Requirements:

  • 2–8 years’ experience in partnerships, alliances, or business development.
  • Proven success in driving revenue through strategic collaborations.
  • Strong understanding of AI-driven sales and customer support solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to build programs from the ground up.
