Key Result Areas Supporting Actions Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance Manages collaboration across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) and external partners to ensure smooth and coordinated campaign execution from planning through delivery. Facilitates alignment of strategies across teams, promoting a unified approach towards campaign goals. Proactively identifies and resolves channel conflicts or overlaps to optimize campaign effectiveness and customer experience. Operational Readiness & Risk Management Oversees operational readiness by coordinating resources, timelines, and compliance standards to ensure campaigns are fully prepared for launch.
