Partnerships Associate Marketing

As a Partnerships Associate (Marketing) at Thrillophilia, you will be an integral part of the Partnerships & Alliances team, collaborating with global tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands. Your role will involve developing and executing partner-led marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and ensuring seamless cross-team coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and implement co-branded campaigns with global partners. - Create compelling proposals and visually appealing decks using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Google Slides. - Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging destination trends. - Monitor campaign performance using UTMs, GA4, and reporting dashboards. - Coordinate with internal marketing, design, and CRM teams for successful campaign execution. - Utilize AI and digital tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, GA4, HubSpot, Similarweb, and Looker for valuable insights and optimization. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnerships, alliances, marketing, or business development, preferably in the travel, OTA, or hospitality industry. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools. - Possess a strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns concurrently while meeting deadlines.
