What You’ll Do

• Identify and reach out to 

  fashion/lifestyle brands

   and 

  celebrities or their teams

  .
• Get 

  founders, brand managers, and PR reps

   on a 

  call with our founders

  .
• Craft smart, short, and catchy 

  DMs, emails, and WhatsApp messages

   that get replies.
• Build and maintain a CRM of all outreach, responses, and calls booked.
• Research the right point of contact for each brand/celebrity - and get creative when info isn’t public.
• Collaborate with founders to 

  refine pitches and outreach messaging

  .
• Hustle daily - we move fast, think fast, and build fast.

You’ll Be Great If You:

• Love talking to people and can make anyone reply.
• Are bold enough to DM a founder or celebrity directly.
• Have excellent written and verbal communication.
• Are resourceful - if you don’t have an email, you’ll find another way.
• Understand fashion, creators, and what’s trending in pop culture.
• Are self-driven and obsessed with hitting targets.

Bonus Points If You:

• Have experience in 

  brand partnerships, influencer outreach, PR, or talent management

  .
• Already have contacts with fashion/lifestyle brands, agencies, or celeb teams.
• Have worked with startups in fashion, D2C, or the creator economy.

Targets & Outcomes

• 200+ high-quality outreach messages per week
• 10–15 

  brand calls

   and 3–5 

  celebrity/creator calls

   booked weekly
• CRM updated daily
• High conversion rate (outreach ➝ response ➝ call booked)

Compensation

• Fixed + performance bonus

   (per confirmed call or partnership)
