As a Partnerships & Alliances Executive/Business Development Associate at NLET, your role is crucial in driving the company's growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Pioneering New Business: - Take ownership of generating leads, qualifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams. - Manage incoming queries and drive strategic outreach efforts to discover new opportunities. - Sales Presentations & Demos: - Deliver compelling pitches and live demonstrations of School & College ERP software and automation solutions to potential clients. - Client Relationship Management: - Maintain strong, long-term client relationships through the CRM system. - Ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Sales Cycle Management: - Actively oversee the entire sales pipeline from initial contact to closing deals. - Becoming a Product Expert: - Develop a deep understanding of the ERP software and Digital Marketing Services to create customized pitches. Required Qualifications/Skills: - Motivated and ambitious individual ready for new challenges. - 1 to 2 years of experience in sales or business development. - Ability to meet or exceed sales targets. - Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
