As our Partnership Associate, youll expand Plums ecosystem by creating real connections with founder communities, tech platforms, and other key players who can amplify our growth. Youll be part relationship builder, part marketing strategist, part event coordinator, and 100% focused on turning great conversations into partnerships that build a pipeline of customers. What Youll Do Build relationships, not just leads: Help identify, reach out to, and build genuine connections with founder communities, tech platforms, VCs and more Make us unforgettable: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, partner emails, LinkedIn collaborations, webinars, and IRL events that people actually remember. Coordinate like a pro: Work seamlessly with internal teams like content, design, and sales to bring campaigns and partnership activities to life. Become a Plum champion: Jump into partner communities, become their trusted Plum contact, educate them about what we do, and connect the right people with our sales team for meaningful conversations. Youll Be Perfect If You Have 2-4 years of experience in distribution partnerships, marketing, and community management A genuine love for building relationships and managing multiple projects simultaneously Communication skills that make people want to listen and engage Creative problem-solving abilities that turn challenges into opportunities Startup energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Bonus Level Unlocked Experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or startup ecosystems Why Should You Join Plum?
