Partnerships & Fundraising Manager

📍 Location: Open to remote with preference for Hyderabad/Vizag-based candidates

Key Responsibilities

Proposal Writing & Fundraising

• Draft compelling 

  proposals, decks, and concept notes

   tailored for CSR, foundations, and HNIs.
• Collaborate with the program and design teams to align proposals with real impact and outcomes.

Outreach & Partnerships

• Identify, research, and reach out to potential CSR partners, HNIs, and funding organizations.
• Actively manage and update a partnership tracker, and send 10–15 outreach messages weekly.
• Represent HUManity Foundation on calls, in-person meetings, and key CSR events.

Follow-ups & Donor Engagement

• Ensure timely follow-ups on all proposals, meetings, and event invitations.
• Create monthly or quarterly updates for donors and partners.
• Support leadership in maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Strategic Campaigns & Events

• Co-lead stakeholder conferences, CSR showcases, and networking events.
• Craft communications, invites, and impact summaries to engage partners meaningfully.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills:

• 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, communications, or social impact strategy
• Excellent 

  writing skills

   (grant proposals, concept notes, reports)
• Strong 

  communication & networking skills

• Proficiency with AI tools

   (e.g., ChatGPT, Grammarly, Canva AI) to enhance productivity and content quality
• Ability to 

  understand complex programs

   and co-create new proposals based on partnership needs
• Detail-oriented, persistent, and highly organized

Bonus:

• Prior experience in the social impact or education sector
• Understanding of CSR compliance and giving trends in India
