Job Description

1. Partner Relationship Management

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Conduct mandatory monthly visits to partner offices to review performance and address concerns.
Drive cross-sell opportunities and deepen engagement within the partner ecosystem.

2. Credit & Portfolio Oversight

Monitor assigned credit portfolio to maintain quality in line with benchmarks.
Review partner portfolio performance regularly and provide insights for improvement.
Ensure timely escalation of potential risks or process gaps.

3. Process & Operational Excellence

Ensure adherence to partner-specific processes, delivering within agreed TAT.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (credit, collections, operations) for seamless execution.
Support the partner onboarding process with relevant data, MIS, and analysis.

4. Risk Management (Support Function)

Coordinate with partner teams for follow-ups on WIP/SUD (Special Under Dues) cases.
Support prompt collection actions where necessary, while keeping the focus on relationship continuity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
25 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to credit/partner management.
Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills.
Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS).
Ability to manage multiple partner accounts simultaneously.
