Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with distribution teams within partner organizations.
  • Implement joint business plans with defined growth, activation, and productivity milestones.
  • Drive partner activation through targeted training, sales support, and effective communication.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for product placement, campaign design, and cross-selling.
  • Monitor performance dashboards and provide regular outcome reports. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, process, and documentation standards.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support deeper market penetration. Impart training of partners teams on products & propositions.
  • Attend sales meetings personally/virtually with Wealth clients.

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve sales and quality objectives.
  • Enhance partner engagement, retention, revenue, and persistency. Maintain business health in line with agreed KPIs.
  • Demonstrate effective management of people and partners.

Qualifications & Competencies:

  • Graduate/ Postgraduate with relevant 3-4 years of experience preferably from insurance industry
