Partner Solutions Manager

• Develop and manage relationships with strategic partners to drive growth and collaboration
• Identify business opportunities and co-create solutions with partners
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and partners to ensure alignment and successful implementation
• Analyze partner performance, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights
• Prepare presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders
• Support contract negotiations, partnership agreements, and commercial discussions
• Stay updated on market trends, partner capabilities, and competitive landscape

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or solution management
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
• Experience in multicultural or regional/global business environments preferred
• Must have the legal right to work in Singapore
