Role Overview:

Junior Associate Partner Connect

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing partner remuneration including commissions, incentives, and reimbursements.
  • Validate payout data and ensure accuracy in calculations and disbursements.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Compliance teams for input validation and approvals.
  • Maintain records of partner payments and support audit documentation.
  • Resolve basic partner queries related to remuneration and escalate complex issues as needed.
  • Support reconciliation of partner accounts and assist in generating MIS reports.
  • Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in finance operations, partner management, or remuneration processing, preferably in insurance or BFSI.
  • Basic understanding of commission structures and financial compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with ERP or partner management systems.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
