Implementation Analyst Job Description:

The Account Ops Implementation Analyst is responsible for the accurate on-boarding of new merchant accounts and the ongoing maintenance of existing account data, including pricing and banking configurations. A critical function of this role is ensuring that all systems—including PRTH’s CRM—are consistently updated and synchronized to prevent errors in billing, funding, and revenue or commission reporting.

This position requires a strong commitment to Quality Control (QC) standards, with a focus on ensuring complete and accurate implementation across all supported platforms. The specialist must maintain precision in data entry, system alignment, and documentation, while contributing to a positive merchant experience and minimizing operational risk.

  • Perform end-to-end on-boarding of new merchant accounts, ensuring all data is entered accurately and configured according to established guidelines.
  • Maintain and update existing merchant profiles with changes to pricing, funding, and account details, while adhering to internal QA protocols.
  • Conduct Quality Control checks to verify that implementations are complete, correct, and fully synced across all systems, including CRM, TSYS, Fiserv, ACHCOM, Passport, and Stripe.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies that could result in mis-billing, misdirected funding, or revenue/commission miscalculations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to confirm that implementation outcomes meet business requirements and compliance standards.
  • Document all account changes, exceptions, and approvals in accordance with audit requirements.
  • Assist with post-implementation QA reviews and issue remediation as part of continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in payment processing.
  • Good understanding of Banking and Payments industry.
  • Good understanding on On-boarding new merchants.
  • Ability to understand end to end process flow, consider downstream impacts when decision making.
  • Ability to coordinate and organize work while meeting and handling multiple deadline processes.
  • Ability to multi-task and balance numerous activities simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Basic knowledge of MySQL, NACHA guidelines, or the U.S. banking system or accounting systems.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Be a team player.
  • Must have the ability to work independently.
  • Highly motivated and strong attention to detail.
