Implementation Analyst

In this role at SHL, as an Implementation Analyst in the Deployment Technology Team based in Gurgaon, India, you will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and delivering custom reports, assessment products, and solutions on our cloud-based platform for global clients. Collaboration with various teams will be essential to ensure successful project delivery and meet customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop a strong working knowledge of internal systems and processes. - Build reports and assessments according to specifications. - Assess and troubleshoot technical issues effectively. - Perform SQL queries to support implementation and troubleshooting. - Communicate updates on deliveries with internal stakeholders. **Qualifications Required:** **Essential:** - Experience in system implementation, configuration, or troubleshooting tasks. - Ability to work proactively, manage workload, and handle pressure. **Desirable:** - Familiarity with Jira or other ticketing system usage. - SQL knowledge and experience with XML, HTML, or CSS.
