Partner Relationship Manager (India)

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, acquire, and onboard new partners while strengthening and expanding existing relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring their needs are met, issues are resolved efficiently, and they receive full support in achieving business goals.
• Ensure all partner activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and brand guidelines.
• Work closely with internal teams (marketing, events, and others) to design and execute market development strategies that enhance partner engagement and drive growth.
• Represent the company at industry events, including expos, conventions, trainings, and seminars (occasional short-term travel may be required).
• Support partners with strategic insights and guidance to help them retain and grow their business successfully.
• Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs set by management, with a strong emphasis on driving sustainable business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Partnership Management or Business Development, preferably within the financial services sector.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain effective partner relationships.
• Demonstrated success in sales and business development, with the ability to deliver results in competitive markets.
• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks in financial services and the ability to ensure partner compliance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure, global environment with multilingual and multicultural stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage).
