Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partner Relationship Executive at our Kolkata office. The Partner Relationship Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with business partners, addressing their inquiries, and providing a seamless customer experience. Daily tasks will include client communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, identifying new business opportunities, assisting with market analysis, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill client needs. The role will also involve the preparation of reports and collaboration with team members on business strategies.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management, Business Communication, and Client Interaction skills
• Knowledge of Market Analysis, Business Development, and Sales Strategies
• Proficient in Negotiation, Problem-Solving, and Conflict Resolution
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to dynamic work environments
• Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience in the tea or agricultural commodities sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
