Partner Relations Specialist

We are seeking a

Partner Relations Specialist

to join our growing team. This role is focused on calling, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with subcontractors ("subs"). The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to sell our company's value to potential partners.This person will act as the first point of contact for subcontractors and will be responsible for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, while also building trust and long-term relationships that support our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively call, engage, and onboard subcontractors into our partner network.
• Clearly explain company processes, expectations, and benefits of working with us.
• Persuade subcontractors to partner with our company by communicating value propositions effectively.
• Handle questions, objections, and concerns with professionalism and tact.
• Maintain accurate records of partner communication and onboarding status.
• Serve as a point of contact for new subcontractor partners until they are fully integrated.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of newly onboarded partners.
• Build long-term relationships with subcontractors, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (must).Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills.Ability to "sell" and influence decisions without being pushy.Comfortable making a high volume of daily calls.Professional, confident, and approachable personality.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Prior experience in partner relations, client onboarding, inside sales, or customer-facing roles preferred.Self-starter with a proactive attitude.Resilient and adaptable when handling objections.Ability to think quickly and adjust messaging based on partner needs.Team player with a commitment to company goals.
