What You'll Do:

identify and engage with businesses in the USA

• Lead Generation:

  Proactively identifying and researching potential client businesses.

• Initial Outreach:

  Making contact via cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn DMs to introduce MorSer Solutions.

• Sparking Interest:

  Briefly explaining how our services can help solve common business challenges.

• Warm Hand-off:

  Getting genuinely interested prospects to agree to a follow-up conversation directly with the MorSer Solutions sales team.

What You WON'T Do:

• You are

  not responsible for closing deals

  or managing ongoing client relationships.
• You are

  not responsible for service delivery

  or client support.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven Proactiveness:

  You're a self-starter who thrives on initiating conversations and generating new opportunities.

• Excellent Communication Skills:

  You can clearly and concisely articulate value, whether over the phone, via email, or on LinkedIn.

• Business Acumen:

  You can quickly understand a business's needs and identify how our services could be a fit.

• Comfort with Outreach:

  Willingness to conduct cold calls, manage email outreach campaigns, and effectively use LinkedIn DMs.

• USA Based:

  Candidates must reside in the United States.

• Commitment to Results:

  You're motivated to show results within 60 days.
