Partner Growth & Strategy (India Region)

You are a passionate and budding entrepreneur with a focus on achieving results, and you have either demonstrated success in building Digital or Consulting services specifically for the India region. The Partner and Advisor model you will be working with includes a combination of equity, revenue share, and fixed income, along with ESOPs. Your key responsibilities will involve developing and executing growth strategies, including organic and inorganic growth, establishing partnerships, and implementing value-based selling strategies. You will also be responsible for new business development, managing the P&L of a practice with a revenue target of $2 million annually, and building and maintaining relationships with clients. You will be expected to work on market positioning, participate in marketing message development, and innovate new services to enhance the company's portfolio. As the ideal candidate for this role, you should have at least 10 years of experience in strategic sales and marketing, with a focus on B2B sales. A Master's degree in business administration is preferred, along with a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles. Your role will require convincing and patient communication skills, the ability to establish relationships at all levels, and a drive to generate new sales opportunities. You should be self-motivated, able to work independently, and possess excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as familiarity with the IT domain including cloud services, mobile apps, web platforms, and analytics, would be advantageous. Experience in pre-sales activities would also be beneficial in this role.,
