Job Description: As a Partner - First Private at IDFC FIRST Bank in the Retail Liabilities department, your role is crucial in acquiring HNI & UHNI clients and fostering relationships with the bank. Your primary responsibility involves selling Investment & Insurance products as well as other bank products to Private Banking clients to generate fee income. Key Responsibilities: - Nurture and manage end-to-end customer relationships, catering to all their banking needs with wealth solutions provided by IDFC FIRST Bank. - Deliver a seamless banking experience, focusing on both product offerings and interpersonal interactions. - Strive to achieve high customer satisfaction scores in alignment with organizational objectives. - Acquire new customers through various channels such as natural market, open market activities, internal references, existing branch, and digital networks. Secondary Responsibilities: - Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. - Demonstrate a high orientation towards relationship management, establishing effective connections. - Emphasize service delivery with a strong execution-oriented approach to achieve desired results. Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities: - Develop and mentor team members for their growth. - Ensure adequate staffing within the team. - Support team members in achieving their targets effectively. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Bachelors in engineering, Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management. - Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM. - Possess 10-18 years of relevant experience in the field.,
