  Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic financial management solutions and driving transformation initiatives.

• P&L Ownership:

  Manage a portfolio with P&L responsibility of $30M-$40M, ensuring profitability and growth.

• Team Leadership:

  Oversee a team of 300+ professionals, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring seamless project execution.

• Business Growth & Account Management:

  Drive revenue growth by expanding existing client relationships and acquiring new business.

• Onshore Experience:

  Leverage prior onshore experience to engage with global stakeholders and deliver value-driven solutions.

Skills Required:

• Strong expertise in financial services consulting and BFSI domain knowledge.
• Extensive experience in account management and client relationship management.
• Proven track record in P&L management and driving profitability for large portfolios.
• Experience in technology consulting and leveraging technology for business transformation.
• Ability to lead large teams (300+ professionals) and foster a high-performance culture.
• Strong skills in business growth, sales, and delivery management.
• Experience working onshore with global stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and ability to align business goals with consulting initiatives.
