Job Description

Role Overview: At Cisco, you will play a crucial role as a Partner Account Executive (PAE) in driving partner activation and scaling efforts across both Small and Medium Businesses (SMB) and Mid-Market segments in India North & East Region. Your responsibilities will include building mindshare with partners in local territories, driving joint demand generation and business development activities, and collaborating closely with the Scale theater leaders to define and activate focus partner/RTM list in the aligned territory. You will work alongside the IAE Mid-Market Pod and iAE, SMB to manage individual opportunities with customers and partners. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve assigned quota targets for SMB, Mid-Market, and Multinational Corporation (MNC) territory (and/or Focus Partners). - Lead quarterly territory planning and reviews with the Mid-Market Pod and SMB Pod. - Conduct monthly CCW and SFDC pipeline deep-dives with the Mid-Market Pod and SMB Pod. - Act as a mentor and provide support for iAE-SMBs opportunity and funnel management activities. - Primarily engage with partners and may attend customer meetings if local presence is required. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Cisco's full product portfolio ("One Cisco Story"). - Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive insights. - Responsible for strategic engagements with Channel Partners and Distributors in the SMB and Mid-Market segments. - Execute joint demand generation activities such as events, call out days, contests, and education on new offers. Qualifications Required: - Demonstrate Cisco's guiding principles in everyday interactions and decision-making. - Possess a deep understanding of Cisco's product portfolio and the ability to convey the "One Cisco Story." - Strong relationship management skills to build trust and drive results with partners, Mid-Market, SMB Pod members, and inside sales Pod managers.
