Part-Time Turnaround Consultant (Manufacturing / Rubber Industry)

We are a 40-year-old rubber components manufacturer (gaskets, hoses, expansion joints, profiles, moldings, sheeting) supplying to major Indian and global clients. We are at a critical stage of upgrading our processes, documentation, and factory practices to meet the expectations of leading MNC customers.

Role:

Turnaround Consultant

• Audit and streamline factory processes.
• Implement

  Good Factory Practices (GFP)

  and improve shop floor discipline.
• Strengthen

  process documentation, defect analysis, and identification systems

  .
• Train and mentor both shop-floor workers and supervisory staff.
• Prepare the company for

  MNC-level client audits

  .

Who We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in

  manufacturing operations, quality systems, or plant management

  .
• Experience in

  rubber, auto components, plastics, or process-driven industries

  is preferred.
• Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to work closely with workers on the shop floor.
• Track record of

  factory transformations, ISO/TS systems, or client audit success

  is a plus.

Engagement & Compensation:

• Duration:

  3 months (extendable).

• Engagement:

  Part-time/on-site as needed (10–12 days/month minimum).

• Compensation:

  ₹1–1.5 lakh/month lump sum

  or

  ₹5,000–8,000 per day (based on experience and availability).

• Future Pathway:

  For the right candidate who delivers measurable improvements, this role could evolve into a

  longer-term advisory position or even a General Manager–level leadership role

  within the company.
