As we enter a phase of strategic growth and modernization, we are seeking a seasoned General Manager to provide strong operational leadership and drive excellence across our manufacturing operations. Role Overview We are looking for a highly experienced leader with deep domain expertise in the rubber industry to head overall plant and business operations. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in production management, team building, and customer coordination, along with the ability to guide the company through process improvements, efficiency gains, and long-term expansion.
