Location: On-site at Thane/Navi Mumbai (3-month contract) About Us: We are a 40-year-old rubber components manufacturer (gaskets, hoses, expansion joints, profiles, moldings, sheeting) supplying to major Indian and global clients. We are at a critical stage of upgrading our processes, documentation, and factory practices to meet the expectations of leading MNC customers. Role: We are seeking an experienced Turnaround Consultant to work with us on a 3-month contract to: Audit and streamline factory processes. Implement Good Factory Practices (GFP) and improve shop floor discipline. Strengthen process documentation, defect analysis, and identification systems . Train and mentor both shop-floor workers and supervisory staff. Prepare the company for MNC-level client audits . Who We’re Looking For: 15+ years in manufacturing operations, quality systems, or plant management . Experience in rubber, auto components, plastics, or process-driven industries is preferred. Hands-on, pragmatic, and able to work closely with workers on the shop floor. Track record of factory transformations, ISO/TS systems, or client audit success is a plus.
