Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer calls, resolve their queries, and provide excellent service.
Process incoming orders, manage returns, and maintain accurate documentation.
Provide product information and address customer questions regarding company products/services.
Maintain a high level of professionalism during all customer interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

01 year of experience in a BPO or call center environment (preferred but not mandatory).
Strong communication skills with good interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer proficiency with knowledge of MS Office applications.
Ability to manage inbound/outbound calls and handle multiple tasks effectively.
