About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite psychological wellness sessions, workshops, or one-on-one consultations as per the planned agenda.
• Provide mental health support, guidance, and counseling in a professional and confidential manner.
• Engage employees through interactive activities promoting mental health awareness.
• Report observations and session feedback post-engagement (simple report format will be provided).
• Collaborate with onsite coordinators and other stakeholders during the event.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years

  of professional experience in psychology or mental health, preferably with experience in conducting onsite/wellness events.

• Educational Background:

  Master's Degree (or higher) in Psychology or related field.
• Fluency in

  local language(s)

  of the assigned location is

  mandatory

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Registered/licensed practitioner (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
• Ability to travel to the assigned state office (travel reimbursement will be provided).
