Role Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Operations Associate to support our day-to-day activities, including managing website operations and handling people operations. This is a fully remote role, ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

Preference: This role is especially suitable for housewives who are looking to restart or balance their professional journey with flexible work hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update website content (courses, events, blogs, etc.)
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for new updates or campaigns
• Handle student enrollments, queries, and support emails
• Maintain records, reports, and internal databases
• Support people operations such as onboarding new interns or associates, attendance tracking, and HR coordination
• Assist in organizing and executing webinars, online sessions, and training events

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar tools preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Prior experience in operations, administration, or HR support (preferred but not mandatory)

Work Schedule

• Hours: 3–5 hours per day (flexible timing)
• Work Mode: 100% Remote
