Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with parents.
Serve as the first point of contact for parent queries, concerns, and feedback.
Conduct regular meetings and follow-ups with parents to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
Handle sensitive parent issues with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.

2. Communication & Coordination

Ensure timely and effective communication between parents and school departments.
Coordinate with teachers, administrative staff, and management to resolve parent concerns.
Manage communication channels calls, emails, WhatsApp groups, and parent portals.
Draft and circulate newsletters, event invitations, and announcements.

3. Admissions & Retention Support

Support the admissions team by engaging prospective parents and conducting school tours.
Maintain high parent satisfaction to support student retention and referrals.
Collect and analyze parent feedback for continuous improvement.

4. Events & Engagement

Plan and organize parent engagement programs, orientation sessions, PTMs, and school events.
Encourage parent participation in school activities and community initiatives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote positive parent stories and testimonials.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Maintain parent communication logs, feedback records, and issue-tracking reports.
Provide periodic reports to the management on parent engagement trends and satisfaction levels.
