About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our team. The Paraplanner will work closely with our internal team and advisors to provide comprehensive financial advice support to clients. This role will involve gathering and analysing client data, research on investment products, preparing financial plans, assisting with compliance, and communicating with clients.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 year’s experience in AU paraplanning industry
• Bachelor's degree in finance, MBA, Industry-specific certifications, such as Diploma of Financial Planning or the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or CFA designation
• Proficiency with financial planning software such as, XPLAN, AdviserLogic, Platformplus or Associated industry software
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Capable of writing complex SOA and ROA independently
• Expertise working on admin tasks such as ongoing reviews, product research, implementation and so on.
• Capable to work in flexible timing and hybrid structure

• Preparation of SOA, Conduct research, financial modelling and projections
• Ensure that all financial plans and recommendations comply with relevant laws and regulations
• Provide administrative and technical support to the financial advisers
• Assist with client communication, including preparing reports, responding to client inquiries, and scheduling meetings
• Keep up-to-date with financial products, services, and industry developments to support ongoing learning and development
• Other ad hoc duties as required
