As part of our fast-growing Immigration Practice, we prepare and draft documentation for visa petitions such as O-1, EB-1, NIW, and H-1B.

We are seeking detail-oriented professionals with strong research and writing skills to join our team as Immigration Research Associates.

Role Overview

As an Immigration Research Associate, you will work closely with our attorneys and senior consultants to:

• Research client backgrounds (academic, professional, and achievements).
• Draft high-quality immigration petition documents (e.g., recommendation letters, personal statements, petition narratives).
• Summarize complex profiles into clear, persuasive, and grammatically precise content.
• Ensure documents meet USCIS standards for structure, clarity, and professionalism.
• Collaborate with team members to refine content, fact-check, and maintain consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and edit petition narratives, expert letters, and supporting documentation.
• Conduct background research on clients, industries, and achievements to strengthen petition arguments.
• Ensure content is error-free, persuasive, and tailored to immigration requirements.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive client data.
• Work under deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Business (MBA), English, Journalism, International Relations, or related fields.
• Exceptional command of written and spoken English.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to structure arguments logically.
• Prior experience in legal drafting, academic writing, research, or immigration documentation is a plus, but not mandatory.
