Paralegal

As a Paralegal at Meditab Software, you will be responsible for assisting the legal department in various aspects of corporate law, including paperwork, court proceedings, corporate litigation procedures, and other specific business legal needs. Your role may involve attending corporate meetings, preparing resolutions, and handling industry-specific procedures and documents as required. **Key Responsibilities:** - Review, track, and monitor legislation affecting the company's products and processes. - Provide timely analysis and summaries of new legislation/regulations to leadership. - Assist in implementing contract changes to ensure compliance with legislation/regulations. - Support litigation, mediation, arbitration, and responses to complaints. - Renew and maintain company licensing. - Draft and manage various business entity documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships. - Prepare legal contracts, correspondence, and other documents. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree. - Paralegal certification is a plus. - Proficiency in using virtual data rooms to upload and organize documents. - Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite. - Experience in billing time. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and multitasking skills. - Experience working with US-based companies.
