Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pantry Chef located in Manali. The Pantry Chef will be responsible for preparing cold dishes, salads, condiments, dressings, and appetizers. Duties include ensuring the freshness and quality of ingredients, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized pantry. The Pantry Chef will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure dishes are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing cold dishes, salads, and appetizers
• Knowledge of ingredient freshness, quality control, and inventory management
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized pantry and adhere to food safety standards
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Prior experience as a pantry chef or similar role is preferred
• Culinary education or relevant training is a plus
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
